    • How long does it take for a normal wash?

      It depends on the size of the load and the temperature of the water. We have washes that are between 30 - 50 minutes long.

    • Can I pay by card or do you only accept cash?

      We accept both card and cash payments.

    • How long does it take to dry the clothes after a wash?

      Our dryers are designed to dry clothes quickly and efficiently. It usually takes about 30 - 32 minutes to dry a full load of laundry. With bigger loads it may take longer, closer to 45 minutes to 1 hour.

    • How much does it cost to dry a load of laundry?

      Our machines cost £1 for 8 minutes of drying time in our Yeading Lane store. Over in West Drayton it's £1 for 7 minutes.

    • Do you offer a pick-up and delivery service?

      We do not currently offer a pick-up and delivery service, but we are looking into it in the very near future.

    • What are your opening times?

      We are open 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm. Holidays included.

    • Do you have washing detergent available for purchase?

      Yes, we have a range of washing detergents available for purchase at our store. We also offer fabric softener and other laundry products.

    • How much does it cost to buy washing detergent in the store?

      Our washing detergents start at £1 for 2 pods.

    • How can I contact you if I want to book a service?
